Ready to Drop! (GULP)

As many of my friends, family, and coworkers know I have been fundraising for Easter Seals to help fund programs designed to help children with disabilities. Last night I hit my goal of $1,5000.

Two heroes stand atop a mountain

On September 8, 2009 at 1pm I will be dressing up like a superhero and rappelling down the side of the Sutton Place Hotel (10235-101 St.).

I've never done anything like this but after the training I'm pretty confident I can do it... Of course we'll see how I feel once they lower me over the edge 28 stories in the air.

Aaron rapeeling down the wall at Vertically InclinedI would like to thank all of my sponsors:
Dave Bellous, Carl Tingley, Linda Payne, Tyler Waye, Randy Clifford, Nadia Wilson, Paula Whebby, Stephanie Lambert, Denton Froese, Jeremy Harany, Devin Duchscherer, Steve Paul, Paul Strandlund, Eric and Mirna Reichle, Jay Paradis, Trevor Van Gorp, and especially my top supporter, Lucent Web Creative, LLC (GameJolt.com).

I would also like to thank Cloud Nine Gallery for offering to custom create a 6 foot squared stained glass piece for one of these lucky sponsors! I will be doing a draw on the night of the 8th and announcing the winner the next day! Good luck to everyone who sponsored me and I hope to see you Tuesday!

For those who can't make it, we will be filming the drop and I will be posting it online.)
